Tarangire is quieter and uncrowded, with an authentic safari atmosphere. It is home to East Africa’s largest elephant population and more than 550 bird species. In the dry season, wildlife gathers around the Tarangire River. Baobabs and the lively Silale Swamp bring even more variety.
